Three pounds in three weeks.

I give up- I am going on Weight Watchers where at least I can EAT and ENJOY food while losing my exciting 1 pound per week.

I hope you don't just because I would miss you so much here. However, I understand why that might be your choice. When I followed WW, I was able to lose quite a bit of weight, and I was still drinking once or twice a week. I hope you really think this through. The only reason I am doing Medifast instead of WW is because I had problems managing my food choices along with my diabetes. I wish you luck in whatever you decide to do. (Don't leave!!! You're triggering my abandonment issues!)

Finally, loosing only 1 lb in 3 weeks. the scale moved nicley for me. I lost 2.2 lbs. Jo you were right, I just had to stay compliant, and be more stubborn than the scale. Yippee !! :yippee:

I am up 1 lbs from my 2 week ago roll call. But I was off plan from Jan. 15 - 21st when I visited my friend. Plus I am smack in the middle of TOM so I am very happy with my weight this week. Tommorw is one week on plan again. Doing great and no distractions in site to knock me off plan.

Congrats everyone for sticking with it. Sorry to here you are leaving Beth. I wish you luck in whatever you do.

Lost 3 lbs this week. Way better than the 1/2lb last week. I'm down 45lbs now :D

:woohoo: I am down 3 lbs. this week for a total of 15 lbs in 3 1/2 weeks. I was so disappointed with my 2/10 of a pound last week, but made up for it this week. Compliance truly is the key. Results may not always come exactly when we want them to, but they will come.

I'm up 5 pounds in the last 2-3 weeks. Wasn't weighing myself, although I have been tracking every morsel I eat. I don't even have a good explanation. :x I eat between 1600-1900 calories/day and exercise for 40-50 minutes 6 times/week. I should NOT be gaining weight!

As I posted in your journal I think you could just be gaining muscle. It weighs more than fat.
