5.4#.. puts me in 20# club. :)

Donica, even though you had a rough day, I think it's great that you are facing it and being accountable to yourself. Good for you.

Congrats on all the losses, and Happy Mothers Day to all :)

Doni - Good for you being accountable. I admire that. :clapclap:

Kelly C - Congrats on the 20# club. I hope I'm there soon!

Mike - Cool you're down. :kool: 76 lbs, that's something to be proud of!

Donna - I bought a new scale and it was 3 lbs heavier! But I am more interested in the over all change downward. Still, 10 lbs lighter would have been sweet!

Congrats to all that are losing, maintaining and just flat out being accountable.

Happy Trails till next Sunday roll call!
Reached Goal Nov 2007 61.5 lbs lost
Gained 11 lbs in Mexico 3/08, decided to lose that along with another 5 lbs!

That is fantastic!!! I am so proud of you Beth for sticking with this thing because I know you have had stumbling blocks like health issues along the way. Good job!!! :D

Thanks Biki! I just wish I could lose as fast as you so I could get out of the 140's once and for all!

You are going to get to goal so soon! Just be careful- because as Jo said earlier- the loss does slow down to a snail's pace at this point and you can get really discouraged.

I'm trying not to think about the inevitable slow down and just be grateful my stall is over and to take this one shake at a time.

130.7# - up a tad from last Sunday, after being lower during the week.
But this is maintenance land and that's the way it works for me.

BIG CONGRATS to everyone who has posted.
The losses or gains are not as important as the fact that you are here, being accountable!
Then going forward with patient resolve.
WTG, all!

It's always good to get on here and read the Roll Call, even if it's not Sunday!

Nikki and Chynna!! Look at you guys go!! Isn't progress fun?

Beth -- Like Biki (wave to Bikilove), I'm really proud of you! I don't lose more than a pound or two at the most, either, but it beats staying fat and unhealthy, right? Go for what you want most and take no prisoners!!

So good to see our rock-solid maintainers setting a great example for the rest of us and cheering the course.

Donica -- you go, girl. This isn't a straight path; it's all about the course corrections. If I've learned anything this year, success is getting back on the horse. And I know that just the kind of person you are!

Donna -- welcome! I lost 9.3 lbs on my first roll call which was 4 days I think. Not quite Jo's record, but that would have taken me over 4 months on other programs! Go get 'em!!

Bdg!! Buddy!! good to see you on the boards! Yeah, I had a hiccup earlier this year. It's all about the course correction, right? Can't wait to hear the recording!

After some troubleshooting (in addition to my truffle debacle, I discovered some unintended sabotaging elements), I'm actually DOWN this week 1.6 lbs to 196.0 That's a total loss of 106.7 lbs! And I bought my first pair of size 14 pants since high school!! There still a little too snug, but not uncomfortably so. I'm so grateful for this new life!! And for those we share it with.
Here's to our mutual success! :buddies: --Diana
