I lost a pound but it was one I gained earlier this week so my net loss is ZERO. :?

I lost 1 pound this week. The walking challenge that I was doing at work is now done. I will go back to my normal routine this week to see if that changes anything.

Well I *WAS* -3.2 but I am retaining water so it's -2.4 right now. TOM is only a few days away so it might get even worse. :(

I'm so happy for it though! I'm about 10 pounds away from my last pre-pregnancy weight! :mrgreen:

Grats to everybody and Biki, keep your chin up, it'll drop! Hang in there! :hug:

Down 1.5. I know, I should be grateful, but I was down 1.9 as of yesterday (in the teens! :( ) and gained for some reason. Scale is out of my control.... Staying compliant and hey, 1.5 isn't that bad.

Down 3 lbs. Not bad after my 5 day stall! :whoohoo:
Reached Goal Nov 2007 61.5 lbs lost
Gained 11 lbs in Mexico 3/08, decided to lose that along with another 5 lbs!
