I lost then regained the same pound. So, no change.

Well....today is my actual weekly weigh-in day, so I weighed this morning and am down 2.2 more pounds for a total of 4.6 pounds this week :kool: Just wanted to say that I'm a happy camper!!! :yay:

Congrats to all who have lost or maintained. For those who gained a little....worry no more.......you'll do just fine!
We're all cheering for you! :goteam:

I am very happy, down 1.5 this week which makes a total of 10 1/2 for my first month.

So looking forward to the next 10. That's what I have done - set 10 pound goals.

I've missed roll call for a couple of weeks, but still here (and still up a little bit, 3 pounds above goal). I'm finding it too hard to return to Medifast and still run the way I'd like to (I'm doing a 5K training program), but I'm going to seriously cut back this week on any extras and see how that goes for me.

Hey Mike...THANKS!!!!!...can't believe i lost 10 pounds...LOL!...maybe by this time next month it'll be 20..we'll see:+))...this coming Wednesday (March 21) will be my "one" month anniversary being on MM...no regrets:+)

My official weigh in day is today and I am down 2 pounds. Biki: I also feel cheated and don't know why?? I just keep losing 2 lbs per week and I'd like to lose more...total weight loss 26 pounds (will change my ticker later)

I don't necessarily feel cheated just that I should have more gratitude for ANY loss. I have posted GAINS before and atleast I am not doing that anymore. Not this week anyway!

Any loss is a great loss, and while I loved my first few months of 5 and 6 lb weeks, I still enjoy seeing these 2 and 3 lb weeks I am having. It is still 2 and 3 lbs closer to my goal which is not too far away. Keep shaking and look at the bright side. You may not lose fast, but you are losing, and thats what REALLY matters!

What helped me in those weeks (and these weeks when I celebrate anything close to a pound) is that it has taken me a whole MONTH to lose 2 lbs on other programs. Whenever I felt like I wasn't losing quickly enough, it helped to compare ME, MY OWN progress on other programs to ME now doing Medifast. I lost 60 lbs in the first 5 months. That would have taken me a YEAR AND A HALF on other programs.

Just keep heading in the right direction, as Brian encourages. It's all a matter of course corrections; the progress is seldom straight on and steady. Take it 3 hours at a time and your body will do the rest (including set the rate).
