Sunday Morning Roll Call: March 18, 2007

Join our weekly (Sunday) weigh in.

Greetings to all the newbies (or new returnees) and all the rest of us! I gained 0.5 lb this week and I'll blame it on the hormones (and the Dove chocolate I mindlessly ate).

'GRATULATIONS, ROLL-CALLERS!
Starting off fine with some new clubbers, losers, maintainers and holder-onners!
Okay, I'm up a bit from last week--132.1#

Heard a speaker this morning lay out a plan for reaching our goals:
Desire (I added this one)
Direction: (Know where you are going! )
Discipline: (Do whatever it takes)
Determination (Nothing can stop you)
Destination: (Goal accomplished)
You've got what it takes to reach goal or you wouldn't be here!

Gotta check out the above plan and go with it!
It's the only WTG!

Hi All, well after lurking for a couple of weeks I thought I'd better make an appearance. I am back to it and feeling committed. Started this 2 years ago, played games in my head - now have high blood pressure, low thyroid and less estrogen! Started last week at 222 and now show 213.8! Feeling great for a first week. You all are so inspiring! have a good week! Hi Nancy!!!

Friday was my first weigh in after one week on the plan and I dropped 7 pounds! Ya Hoo!! I am really excited and am feeling great, inspired and motivated. I just have to say..I have been reading all the before and afters and those who have plateaued and sprung forward again and I am truly truly excited for this plan. I was a bit skeptical at first but it is working!!!!

And....I am a regular member now not a newbie (thanks for that)! I will try to not get my hopes up for such a big lose for next week but man was that good!

Congrats to all the the stabilizers and movers!!

*does the happy dance*
I'm down 5 lbs this week - the 2 I was up last week and 3 additional!

I cut out the bars this week at work and started to utilize my elliptical at home!
Start date: 2-05-07

Though no one can go back and make a brand new start, anyone can start from now and make a brand new ending.

Weighed in at 169.8!!! I think that's about 4 lbs this week, I'm just sooooo excited to be out of the 170's!! Those were the hardest pounds to lose and I am 1 lb away from being at my 30lb loss mark!

That's total loss, not MF loss--MF total is 21lbs

But I don't want to add into the 20# Club until a lose another 2 pounds cuz ya know how things fluctuate throughout the day! I want to be 100% sure!!

I have been getting tons of compliments from people who've noticed which is always nice :)

Morning Morning,

A bright Monday morning here in the middle of China :)

Not a good week for me for some reason - I struggled this week somewhat - I had a meal out and while I usually get through a meal only on meat (not dog Biki :)) and vegetables I had some soup which must have had lots of flour thickening cos I definitely went out of the old fat burning mode and for the next two days was hungry and headachy Grrrrr.

So, after exercise (loss of sweat), after a visit to the big white thone, after getting up and not eating or drinking anything I managed a 2.86lb drop.

Not good enough G - take yourself out and give yourself a jolly good beating. :x

And in response to the quadruple D's - I have a few P's for your consideration:

Prior Planning and Preparation Prevent P..ss Poor Performance.

So, I am planning this week to be a better example to myself.

Kind regards

Gavin
