Sunday Morning Roll Call, March 14, 2004

Postby Landylue » March 14th, 2004, 6:04 am

Good morning! I'm down another 2.25 lbs. Slow and steady wins the race, I suppose.

Have a peace-filled Sunday, everyone.

Morning to All,
It's been awhile since I've been to roll call so I best get my lagging butt in gear and do some posting :D
I started at 193 and down to 162.1 which means Unca can move me up to the 30# club. I have to say this is a first for me in the weight loss area, The most I've ever lost is 16#. Medifast is the way to go people and although I have a ways to go, I know one thing for sure...I will be thin! Thanks everyone for all the support!

Good Morning!

I am down 5 pounds this week! I was so surprised this morning when I got on the scale, especially since Aunt Flo was visiting this week.

That give me a total loss of 25 pounds in 27 days!!!!!!!!!! Whoo Hoo!

Good morning-

I broke even this week. Holding steady at 40 lbs. gone.

I've had a bad previous 5 days-food wise. I'll eleborate in another post. The mind is strong, but the flesh is weak?

Oh well, back to the shakes!

Have a great week all.

Mark me down 2 lbs. this week for a total of 58 lbs.. Like Pam, I too am a little disappointed with the low weight loss, but I have to be honest, Medifast is not to blame. My control is not what it was when I first began. I tell myself each day is a new beginning. I know that if I do not do Medifast my weight loss will stop altogether. I can't let that happen. I WILL do this. It is mind over matter. This week I will strive to stay in control. Maggie

Great job everyone!

I have hit a plateau this week...still holding strong at 278! I'm going to try to break it loose by upping my water and exercise this week!

Old Guy Loss.

Postby explorthis » March 15th, 2004, 8:14 am

Well, I generally do not post in the "weekly weighin" but I thought I would toss in mine.

Today is day 189 (6 months passed 3/8) My goal was somewhere between 220-230 and I lost another 1.5 pounds this week (not even trying) to make me weigh: 223.5 (no Medifast for about 2 months so far)

Total loss: 337-224=113 (and 1/2 if you are counting 1/2's)

Maintenance is fun!

you guys are all doing sooooo great!! Keep up the great work!! Im grinning from ear to ear for all of you....

Jeanette...hang tough...your body just may not be registering the loss...its hanging onto those numbers for now..but it WILL let go and the scale WILL go down!! I only lost 2 pounds in 2 weeks..but I have a feeling that next weigh in will be a big loss!! I hopin anyway!!

Mike...that is soooo inspiring that you are STILL LOOSING on maintenence!! It gives me hope that even after I get to my goal..that I can learn to eat in a way where I can maintain and possibly even still loose!! thank you for posting that!!!

YOU GUYS ARE ALL BIG LOOSERS!!! so proud of you all!!

I lost only 1 pound this week :( . I haven't lost in the last couple of weeks because I had a couple of sneaky moments but I was good. What I don't fully understand is why, even with a couple of sneaky moments I'm not losing more faster. I have been walking 3 miles a day (1 hour) during the week and 6 miles a day on the weekends. I have continued to slim down....I know this because I'm wearing a pair of pants today that I haven't worn since before my last pregnancy and I pulled some capri's and stuff down out of my closet this weekend and they all fit......needin' motivating here....
