Don't be depressed! Five pounds in 11-12 days (if I counted right) is awesome! Tomorrow will be my one month anniversary of being on MF and I've only lost 13-14 pounds. To me, ANY loss is better then a gain :)
Start date: 2-05-07

Porky, remember that not everyone will lose at a rate of 5-7 lbs per week. You lost 5 lbs in 11 days, and that is a wonderful thing. Some people lose only 1 lbs a week, but that is still 1 lb closer to goal than before for them. Keep up the good work and keep your chin up. Don't worry about how fast you lose, just that you lose. You'll be fine.

Mike congrats on the big loss. Ron, congrats on the new scale and your loss this week.

For me, I had a good week. I went from 215 to 210.8. Almost under 210 and the 190 lb club. I feel great and now feel like I am back on track after a rough week or two of things trying to sabotage me. I am much better when I am in total control of the cooking. I can make what I want when I want and not worry about sauces and other stuff being added.

It was still Saturday in the US when I weighed yesterday morning, but this morning, still Sunday in the US, I am down to 192 pounds with a 3.5 weight loss for the week. That puts me in the 40 club!!! I have been as high as 198 this week from the airplane bloat so it means a lot to me!

Hi guys,

3.3 lbs this week - I'm struggling with a chest infection AGAIN - 4TH one in 4 weeks that makes it harder but no-one said the path would be smooth hehehe

Kind regards

TonyR wrote:Good morning all...Well I am down 2.6 pounds from last week and as most of you saw I hit my goal. I am weighing in at 178.5, 1.5 pounds below goal. I have seen some increase in my weight since I started adding the extra veggies, but that is to be expected until my body gets used to it! Hope everyone has a succesful day!! Good luck! 8)

Congratulations everyone on being accountable, so many great losses and the rest sticking in there.
YEA, TONY REACHED GOAL! Be sure to add the Maintainance Medalion to your signature! Here it is in case you want to save it:

Good on you, TONY! You proved that goal is out there for everyone who chooses!

Oh, ME? I am at 131.4 this morning. I have ranged anywhere from 130.8 to 131.9 this week!
Although that is probably typical of maintenance, I may try to revise a bit this next week.
But I'm feeling great! Keep on shaking!
