LilMsTexas wrote:24K........where are you going on vacation this time? How much have you lost since your trip to Hawaii? Are you feeling a huge difference getting ready for this vacation and when you went to Hawaii? It's so neat this time watching you prepare because you don't seem stressed out about it at all. You know how to transition for a planned break......you know you will most likely gain a little......and then you know what you will do when you get back 8) Isn't it so different now?

I'm headed off to Western New York in a week or so to visit my sister and some other family. We will spend a couple of days with a cousin of ours at one of the Finger Lakes. We are tossing around the idea of going to NYC for a couple of days, too, but I'm not sure that's going to happen now, because there is other stuff we are planning and other people to see.

I've lost 40 pounds since I came back from Hawaii! That's in about 3 1/2 months. I'm definitely much happier with the way I look in a swimsuit, and with how I feel overall. And yes, I think I am less stressed this time. I've discovered that I can go off MF and that I can go right back on it. In fact, for me, I think that 3 - 3 1/2 months is about as long as I can remain really compliant with the program, and then I need a short break. This time I know that it's just a break, and that I'll be able to pick it right back up. It's also nice to know that if I do gain a few pounds with vacation indulgences, if I jump back onto MF right away when I get home those pounds come off fast.

I was at 186 yesterday afternoon, which is half a pound down from last week, and at 188.5 this morning after last night's excesses. I'm MFing today, and will start a bit of a transition tomorrow so that when I leave at the beginning of next week I'll be in good shape.

I need this vacation, which I am taking all by myself -- no hubby or kids. I am very stressed out, as some of you know, and hope that this will help.

Thanks for asking, Christi, I really appreciate it.

Good morning everyone. This week I finally got to my goal weight. I even went 1 pound under. I started transition yesterday. I have lost 43 pounds. I started this program on April 16th. At 45 years old I am in the best shape of my life.
I appreciate everyone's support, and will be checking in on the roll call still.
Good luck to everyone

Hi everyone:

This is my first of many upcoming roll calls and I just want to say congrats to all of the losers. :yay: It's just wondersful to read about all the successes. :goteam:

I have lost 2 lbs this week  bringing it to a grand total of 15 lbs since I've started. (June 22) I use to weigh everytime I went to the sandbox. :felix: BUT.....I made up my mind after I weighed this morning that I wouldn't weigh again til next Sunday morn and believe me, that is a 1st for me.....ever!!!! :dohdoh: I asked my husband to hide the scale and don't let me have it until next Sunday. OH MAN!!

I wish you all a great week and I'll see ya next Sunday. (and probably before that in some of the other rooms :? ).

;) ,
Evie

Lots of successes this week! Lots of new club members too - Lynne - 50# club :yippee: , Emma - 40# club :hi5: and Ania - 30# club :goldstar: . And Martha - WOW! What a milestone! :thumbig:

Evie, Nancy, Carol, Ash's mom, Mytime, Angie, Judy, Tena and Lynzi - congrats on your losses too!!!

I am only down a 1.5 this week (nothing since Tuesday) but I too slipped into the 30# club. Hopefully a little extra water this week will help boost the loss in the days to come!

Hello everyone, well I am back after 3 weeks off of medifast. Wow, 3 weeks, I kept dragging my butt after vacation. I just couldn't get motivated ecough to stick with it. I've started and stopped a few times. The weekdays go great cause I'm at work and can only eat the food I take, but when I get home or those darn weekends......Anyways, I've been gaining and losing the same 8 pounds that I gained from vacation. I have not stopped the exercising though. I've kept that up!!! Anyways, I am now at the same weight that I left with for vacation, and am very happy about that. I started the program again today!!!! So hear I am, Ms. Motivated....ready and willing the get back on program!!!!!

Aloooooooooha!

WOW! Look at all the LOSERS here! Congrats to all of you!!!!

As for me, this week I am down another 4 pounds, for a total of about 8 in two weeks! :D

That is 5% of my body weight, gone. I have less than 20 pounds to go and hopefully by next Sunday I will be in the 10# club.

I know what you all mean by temptation. The weekends ARE harder, you're running around and don't get enough water or shakes in and then all of a sudden . . . dum dum duuuuum . . . the HUGRY MONSTER attacks!! I came so close to cheating yesterday. However, I remembered that the supermarket down the street sells grilled chicken breasts on Saturday (top sirloin on Sunday) and we stopped there on the way home. Whew! Had that with the salad and avoided the white rice. I was satisified. I WAS SATISFIED!! Nope, it wasn't a Whopper, it was a nice grilled chicken and some salad. And no guilt . . . what, what is this? AND another pound off the scale from my "official" Friday weigh in. Oh, this is good . . .

I have to lament about one thing, though. On Friday, I ran out of my beloved oatmeal. Oh, don't worry, my next order should be in early next week, and it's heavy on the oatmeal.

Who KNEW my new obsession would be for MF oatmeal?! Okay, Nancy and Terry . . . what addictive substances are in that oatmeal? You can tell me straight, I was in the Army and know about the eggs at bootcamp. ;)

Happy week to all of you. Glad to see everyone doing well.

xxoo
-K-

PS: Nancy, good luck with your appointment this week. I'll be sending good thoughts your way.

Congradulations to all the LOSERS this week!!!

People joining new clubs is always inspiring. I too am joining a new club this week, after 6 weeks I have finially made it to the 20 lb club, I am down 7 pounds this week for a total of 22. I think the extream heat here did it for me, it forced me to keep drinking water.

Keep up the great work everyone!
