I hope you're right Sudaoing -- about the skinny holidays. That would be "a first", trust me. In fact, I have such little confidence in myself that I'm relieved knowing I'm not done yet because I figure that as long as I'm not done, I also can't be off the program and potentially gaining it back for the holidays. I know SO WELL how disappointing that can be - i.e. looking back upon the glory-days of (what was) a good accomplishment and I really don't want that again after this stroke of good fortune I've found in MF. For the holidays, we will be leaner and confident.

Let's charge ahead. We are winners.

Sorry to be late for the party, everyone. I was surprisingly down to 182.5 this week. Only 2.5 pounds to reach my first goal of 180. Clothes are really starting to fall off me and my significant other told me that my derrierre was slipping away. I don't remember any time in my life when I didn't have a derrierre, even in my younger days when I was thinner. Inherited heavy thighs and backside from my mom. This Medifast is really amazing, though. I can't do enough to sing its praises.

Another happy losing week to all.

Oh! What a pity! What a shame!

You'll have to put those items into the Swap 'n Shop and start wearing SMALLER sizes! Whee!

We have a lot of consignment shops here in Vancouver, WA - one of my favorites is called "Deja Vu" and I traded a lot of nice clothing there.

I think that it is usually around the 30 pound mark that others begin to really notice our weight loss.

Gerald, we KNOW that you have already experinced the joy of leaving your rolling chair behind but soon others will realize that your bod is melting away, too.
