OK bad couple of weeks for me, but I am back in full force. I am at 219.6 lbs, but I know that will be gone before long.

Biki, a pound is a pound - and in the right direction. I know you're disappointed - but you're due for a big drop! (Not just patience - OPTIMISM.) :D

Brian, welcome back - there was a big to-do in my journal this week about accountablility and honesty - thank you for setting a good example for me.

Rough week here, too - four days off plan (evenings only), three days back on (today will be #4). I'm feeling great and the relief is palpable. Net gain of 9/10. Looks like I got a miracle after all, as at one point in the week I had gained 10 pounds!!!! And Biki ma'am, I did change my ticker to reflect. Part of it is that over the last couple of days I was feeling strong on-plan again and thought I could handle the change - and part of it is that I'm so relieved at getting so close to ticker, it wasn't much of a change to suffer over. But you're right, even if I still showed the 10 pound gain, I should have changed it. It's hard to see things clearly when you're in a carb fog I guess....

Running in here right quick...it's 8:20am here and the bus will be leaving at 9:30. I loss 2 pounds according to ticker...i'll take it!!

good morning all! Still maintaining, but it is a much harder time at it right now....3-4 hours sleep a night and stress of ahungry baby!!LOL He is still a blessing!! :) good luck every one!!

Pfftt... only 1.6 pounds so far this week and that's butt naked! All this exercise is doing me in I tell ya... My body is so sore from all this running around! Well, I can hope I drop some more by official weigh-in tomorrow!

Congrats to you guys who lost, especially Pinkbugs! WTG!!!! 40#!!! Nickie, don't worry baby doll, you will be hittin that 40# club REAL SOON too! :mrgreen:

-1.5# for me this week. I'm up 1# from yesterday for some reason (did a lot of physical labor and walking yesterday) so I'm disappointed not to keep the lower ticker weight. It will come back off again though (that is the chant running through my head right now). I was .5 from 30# club, yesterday, too. :( :x

Going to be a rough week for me, I hope that I can still keep up with water and my meals. I am teaching class 4 days and won't be able to take breaks a lot....

I'm sorry Tawanda. The scale fairy seems to have singled us out to torment. I am not as close to a new club as you but I have been close for a long time. Just 4 pounds. WE can do it!~!! :?
