Well, today is my offical weigh-in day and I only lost .8 pounds in one WEEK. I did lose in inches though. I don't understand it, I am not adding in anything and I'm getting in all my water +. Maybe I am PMSing or maybe it's all this activity I can't help but do being a mom of 2 babies under 2. *sigh* :roll:

edit: the next day I dropped a whole pound overnight. I feel better :P counts toward next week though I guess.

I'm sorry you are disappointed but they kept telling me patience in the beginning so I will carry the message. They drummed it in to my head-patience and compliance. You can't fail!

Just wanted to post again since I was a little excited this morning. I lost another pound (finally). Thats 73 lbs gone forever. Woo hoo. :woohoo: :woohoo: :woohoo:

Hi, didn't get to post Sunday and was busy yesterday putting clothes away and getting laundry done from our trip to Disney. Lost 4.2lbs, so I'm finally in the 60 club :D Congrats to all losers!!!

Biki GREAT JOB :D 50 club WTG!!!! Also love the pics of the Cherry Blossoms. My hubby's grandma and I used to take bus trips to DC to see the Cherry Blossoms.

Thanks so much and I love the blossoms too! I am a terribly novice photographer but since starting Medifast and stopping drinking, photography and photo editing are my new hobbies.
