Two weeks done, and 12# loss. I would never thought that could happen in two weeks. Ten pound club please!!!

GOOD JOB, EVERYONE...
...on losses, maintaining, even being accountable while gaining.

I'm maintaining the same as last Sunday, 132#.
Today, after church and lunch, we plan on going out to Garvan Woodland Botanical Gardens on Lake Hamilton,
to see the lovely arrays of daffodils, tulips and azaeleas, just in bloom.
Garvan is one of the largest botanical gardens in US, and where they recently built an amazing glass chapel, similar to Branson's, only larger I think.
Same architech.
No rain, only beautiful and clear.
Have yourselves a lovely day, all!

I did it! I FINALLY made it to the 10# club! Weighed in at 190.0 this a.m. making me down 2.6 this week and 10.6 from starting weight. I'm happy enough with that. Congrats to everyone else with losses, maintaining, and great positive attitudes!! 8)

Oh, wow. It took me a little over 4 rocky months to get this far, I hope I make the second half a little easier on myself with a little more compliance and patience.

I'm down 5 pounds from last week. I wasn't able to get all my water in this weekend. I'm ready to go!

Compliance (this is only my ninth day in a row after another slip). Also the only other thing different is that except for oatmeal twice, I only drank shakes in my 5-1.

A monthly grand total of 6.4# :( Looks like whatever is causing the change in my kidney function is also keeping the pounds on. :x

We'll see wha the doc says this week.

OK this week was a bit better, and I am happy 2.8 lbs less and even better, only 3.6 lbs to go til ONEDERLAND! I am getting more and more comments and best of all these comments are from people who are stumbling onto me and wanting more information about how to get healthy! If thats not a good thing, then what is, because it helps people do what I am doing!

I'm pretty happy this week - a good 5lb drop this week after a disappointing week last week - two major goals also - halfway house and the 50# club - hip hip hurrah!!

I drank double my water this week which might have made all the difference - and strangely enough I had to eat out every single night this week cos I had clients in town - but I trained our friendly restaurant here how to do a lean and green and it was easy hehehehe

This weekend I threw out all my big clothes - I've come down several sizes in shirts aleady and I'm sick of people telling me I look like a potato sack tied round the middle hehehe.

I have a photo to post as well in the Studio from last weekend - I am sure you can see the my clothes hanging off me :)

Congrats to everyone- especial BIG congrats to Biki for her amazing week and her tenaciousness in the face of adversity - its not how many times you get knocked to the canvas Biki - its how many times you get up - and you only need to get up once more than the opponent :)

Well, this has been an awesome week around here, hasn't it?! Great job everyone - I am getting pumped up once again just reading this thread.

I was down 6/10 this week - but I am overjoyed with that because I had a day and a half of cheating on Sunday night and Monday. I am chomping at the bit for onederland but I have a long way to go yet! Hoping for July 4th to be some good news there....
