Thank you so much for mentioning this offer. I am one who feels that I have to find specials such as this, in order to continue being able to do the program at this time in my life/family budget. I thought I would have begun the BeSlim orders by now (I wish to support Nancy, Terry & Tim as much as I can, in thanks for all that they provide), but I haven't yet which does embarrass me for some reason  .

I have ordered from this site before, and also the main site. It's quite alright, they assured me that everyone is welcome here no matter where they order it from. (Of course I'm sure they'd prefer we order from them though hehe.)

I'll pm you the code, we all could use a little help now and then. :) Maybe they can accept that code and you can order from them... I don't see why they wouldn't.

Glad to be a help! I hope I don't sound like one of those know-it-alls, I just love to learn and I always research everything I do to the max LOL. I just want to help by passing along the info. :)

Well, as I said in Biki's journal, I'm at a stall for the past couple days cause I haven't been able to increase my calories (we're out of groceries till tonight) and I've been doing a lot of running around. I actually gained last night from walking all over the mall for 2 hours. Or was it the extra salt in the soy sauce on the chicken..? ;)

I wouldn't change that though cause Clinique was having their bonus thing going on and I had to get it. I bought some pore refining thermal stuff ($27.50!) it had better work! Yeah, we're broke but we have a Macy's charge card with a 0 balance till yesterday. I also got a new perfume from Lancome, Miracle Forever in Love... it smells SOOOOO good I  LOVE  it!

I smelled it on one of those magazine inserts and again at the store. I got the little package kit with the perfume, hand lotion and a little tube of lip gloss, $52! I feel so guilty but hubby encouraged me to get it so I guess he likes it too. Then again, maybe he's just saying I stink. :dohdoh: LOL

Jeesh I feel so hyper like I have a ton of energy.. ketosis is great sometimes!

I hope you will be pleasantly surprised tomorrow and be out of that stall. I'm learning alot here about possibly increasing the calories to promote weight loss..hope i'm saying that right?

I also LOVE Clinique products. I wear the Clinique Aromatics Elixir..smells so good and last a long time even with just a little squirt. I love Miracle too(the pink one) haven't tried Forever In Love yet but i will, and another one you might wanna try sometime is Vera Wang (her first one) boy it smells sooooo PRETTY..get compliments on it all the time:+) I guess by now you know i LOVE purfume..no cheap ones tho...lol!

I can feel your energy through the board..i need some:+)))

Love,
Chynna

Yeah Chynna, Nutrition Support has stated that for people who are really active a 4 and 2 is usually better to lose weight. I don't want to go to that so I'm just adding a little cause I am active but I'm not a marathon chick or anything like that LOL.

It could have just been the walking. When I was in Hong Kong a couple of days I walked 3 hours. I GAINED the next morning but lost it all when I cut back on the exercise.

Tonia...due to my stroke i'm not really an active person especially with walking...does that still apply? I get on my treadmill and walk for about 10-15 minutes on 2.7 or so and i don't think that's enough to have worked off hardly any calories..hummmm?

It's been two monhs today since i started MM and i haven't exercised much yet...maybe that could be one of the reasons i lose so slowly.

Well Biki if it was it won't help me much for tomorrow's weigh in cause I walked an hour and a half today too at the grocery store. :( *sigh*

Chynna I know quite a few people who don't start exercising on this plan until they are near goal because exercise slows their weight loss. Besides, 17 pounds in 2 months is still good! It's 2.125 pounds a week average.

You are a real asset here on the forum, Tonia. You really have a handle on the MF plan and I learn a lot just from your posts. Thanks for the insights you generously share! :)
