It is going well, and I have the support of my s/o. There are times like right before I go to bed when I'm really craving something...anything!

This is so important to me. Please help me stay on track. Also, I realized how emotional giving up food can be. How long does it take for that to pass?

HELLO & WELCOME!

The first few days are the hardest. For me I had headaches. The cravings and me feeling hungry all the time went away after a week or so. After that I could cook for my family and it didn't bother me.

I try to save my one snack for after dinner and my tv time. I munch my soy crisps and that satisfies me.

JUST REMEMBER YOU CAN DO IT!!

Lori

Everyone is different and I don't think that the cravings ever totally go away but I do know that with each one you resist it makes the next one easier. After a couple days the hunger will pass and then it is just mind over matter but that is a lot easier to write or say than actually put into action, that being said, remember that we are all here for you to cheer you right along through those cravings!

Welcome to the best team around!

Hi there,
Evenings can be hard. I know that's when I'm most tempted. I generally have a big cup of a decaf tea. Warm liquids seem to make the tummy feel full. I also like to save my oatmeal for my last meal of the day. I make it thick, add splenda and cinnamon and call it bread pudding. I then head off to bed with a happy tummy. :D

Welcome to the group, want2Bskinny!!! I've been on the plan for basically four months and I'm usually never hungry, but from time-to-time I get intense cravings for food. I think it's way more emotional than physical. At this point, I feel that for me this will probably be a life-long battle. Does MakeMeThinner have Lifetime Memberships available? :-)

Welcome 2bskinny!

Glad you're with us! My cravings went away by week 3...I just took it one craving at a time...they only last like 10 minutes, so I found something else to do until they went away...

I KNOW what I'm doing is right and NOTHING is worth it!

We're here for you!
