Angel you have gotten some great advice along with some rude comments but take the good with the bad and just up the water and add in a supplement and you will be fine.
You also said that you were not in ketosis and I was wondering if you were basing that on keto sticks because many times the state of ketosis we are in on Medifast is so mild that it will not register on those sticks so please do not go by those.
Hang in there and the scale will move again.

Besides, people, can't we all just not assume the worst when we read an email? Take everything with a grain of salt, assume people aren't trying to insult you, and relax.
Every one here has their own way of saying things, just take what works for you, ignore what doesn't, and go on our merry way...
