My free weights instructor called today...she had missed me at the classes during this humongous move we have made.
She said she thought about me 'cause I was the 'slimmest' and 'strongest' one in her class. NSV City!!!
I'm getting started back up soon, probably on the machines at the Y, on the days I do water aerobic.

Always feel good when folks stop by my journal.
And I do appreciate the nice comments.
Today, I did water aerobics for a very strong workout.
I did a few machines at the Y---but Wednesday a trainer will orient me on the circuit and I hope to do that several days a week.
It's good to get back in the exercise-groove.
I believe my food was well within bounds today, altho' I don't really count calories, carbs, fats, etc.
Somehow that has worked for me---I still weigh in each morning as you know since I post it every day!
The fact that I 'never want to go back, or to go through a weight loss phase again' seems to keep me motivated.
I believe that living a thin and healthy life is within the bounds for everyone!
That belief and Medifast is making it possible for you, BIK and DONNA, and lots of others here.
