So good to hear from you. I was getting a little worried. I should have known it was computer problems, because I know we are both going to be successful this time. ;)

:toast: Here's hoping for grander losses in March.

OH! Congratulations on hitting the 20# club. :woohoo:

Kelli, I got the message Invalid Session earlier this morning when I tried to post to my journal. I thought it was because I had the window open too long while I was writing it. I was able to go back to the previous window (from the Invalid Session window), copy my journal entry, open another window (my journal) paste my entry and then it worked. I wonder if it was a glitch in the system or if it was my fault?

I'm glad you are able to check in!

Thanks Katie. Haven't posted in a couple of days cuz I've just been in that down and out mood, nibbling here and there and I said to myself..what the heck are you doing!? :x I've got my head screwed on straight again and making the right choices. :hammerhead: Wow, and did I have heartburn last night, haven't had that since I started in January....I knew I was not eating right! And no, it really wasn't the chicken wings last night....its been bread...I've been craving it! I needed to join a carb anonymous group!

So had my second shake and on my second bottle of water. I want that big March loss!

Kelli~ I'm glad you were able to get yourself straightened out. Sometimes I think I hear the bread calling to me. I've been ignoring it and listening to the skinny little angle on my other shoulder that's saying, "Come, follow me."

I have been swamped at work so just checking in. Of course, I didn't have a loss last week because I was a picker and I didn't get my waters in, I had a bad weekend, very depressed, BUT ......it feels good to be back on track and the hearburn is gone! I can't believe how much heartburn I have when I don't eat right.....I don't miss that at all.

I'm around the same loss when I went off program the first time, but am positive I'm going to stick with it until goal this time. I know I kind of screwed up this past week, but I didn't give up either and am still here. I have to look at that as something that has changed in me. I really want to do it this time, and as long as I can get through the bumps in the road I'll do it. My theory before was, "I already screwed up so I might as well eat." I don't have that attitude anymore which I'm thankful for. I just realized what a learning process this is to change your lifestyle and thinking. I'm so thankful for MF!

Hi, Kelli. Yes, don't give up. Just keep going no matter what, no matter what, no matter what. And, it's certainly better to get up and dust yourself off than to let the twirl of the spiral swallow you up whole. Just because something went a certain way once, doesn't mean some law has been formed that makes it happen again. You get to control what you do, and you are gaining more and more control over your habits with every decision you make.

So, here's to getting back on track with full force

Stick around, it's helpful.

Kelli! I wondered where you were! So glad that you posted and updated us on what is happening.

I second Karli's post............don't give up! You can do this and this is an excellent bunch of people to do the program with. You'll reach goal and maintenance....being encouraged and cheered on by this group.

YOU CAN DO IT!!! :D

Thanks for your support Karli and Towanda! You are the perfect example of why it is so important to be on this forum and the reason that I didn't just say the heck with it and made sure I posted! Your encouraging words definitely help.

Hi Kelli!
Glad you got back on plan ... I think it's important to understand what our struggles are REALLY all about so that once we reach goal we can face them head on--without food!

Keep on :beerbeer: friend!
