All my meds have the effect of making me not very interested in sex anyway, so I don't feel like I'm missing much.

Wow, I missed a whole conversation over the weekend. Biki your too much! My weekend was good. The scale still reads 189 so I am happy (especially since TOM came to visit). I'll weigh in again next Thursday.

I have a busy week ahead of me.....I have my prospective grad open house on Friday and Saturday, so I'll be working most of the weekend too. I hate it because that means I have to schmooze and I'm not in the schmoozing mood!

Thanks Donica...its nice to have you back!

Now I have my eyes on the 170's...I want the 180's behind me now. The lower the weight the better the mindset, I think. Its getting easier by the day to be compliant....especially when you have your eye on something (170's that is).

Last night went very well. I'm going for my 45 minute walk today through work. Being a college we have a Wellness Club so I have my pedometer on and going trekking. My right foot has been in a "boot" (more or less a cast) since December for 2 small bone fractures that won't heal. I decided I had enough of it and it was killing my back and my opposite hip from walking all cockeyed so I'm wearing sneaks. Course that wasn't under my doctor's supervision, but now I'm just getting pissed about and going to live with the pain! Plus its going to be damn nice to stay inside all day! I expect a compliant day and night.

Another compliant night and today is good too. I went for another 45 minute walk today at work...I already have 2.67 miles under my belt today and have to work tonight so I'm sure I'll be taking lots of steps while going from one end of the bar to the other. u'm wearing a pedometer if you couldn't already tell...its part of the wellness group thingy.

Not worried about eating any wings tonight...I've actually been able to control myself around them well.

DH is making something for dinner and he's good about keeping it lean and always has green with it. In Donica's journal I wrote how nice it felt when he told me I looked nice yesterday morning AND small...that was the best thing he could ever had said to me.....I think I hopped, skipped and jumped to my car!

I'm here :byebye: I have been really busy at work with Open House and other deadlines. I am down 2 pounds from ticker, but am not recording until Friday morning.

TOM is causing havoc this month. Called the doctor, but can't get in until JUNE! Go online and read different things that can cause TOM to be heavy and happen to have a pain in a certain place and it about scares the bajesums out of you! Have to stay away from the internet. Just found out that one of my brothers had a lump in the roof of his mouth and it turned out to be malignant...jeez he doesn't smoke or even chew. I think they caught it in time so hopefully he will be fine....so that makes me think the worse with me also. If things aren't better by Friday, I think I'm just going to show up to the office and get in with whoever. I think I'm a little better this afternoon though, so I'll keep my fingers crossed.

Except for today, I have been walking at least for 45 minutes every day. Yesterday we went on one of the walking trails of the University and we ended up going to the end, well we didn't get back within 45 minutes, we were gone for an hour and 15 minutes. We did about 4 miles! My short, stubby legs were exhausted!

Guess I'll reply to my own post...its getting pretty lonely in here! :roll:

Had a successful wing night, plan to walk for 45 minutes today during lunch in the SNOW!....hard to believe since it was in the 60's and sunny 2 days ago! TOM seems to be settling down a little. Hope my hormones get back to normal soon.
