Tawanda I'm here. I have a lot of catching up to do. I have been swamped at work. Whenever I come on here someone comes in my office so I kind of gave up for a few days.

I'm wavering around 190, it need a little umpf to get me through to the 180's I think. I've been stuck here for awhile, but I was down 1 pound last week, so I think its going to start moving again. Plus TOM is on the approach. I think February being a couple days shorter has messed TOM's visit up.

Stayed away from the green beer this weekend and I'm an Irish girl! Hopefully the scale will start making progress. Hopefully work will calm down some so I can get all caught up on the gossip. I did read roll call...you guys are all doing awesome. Keep Shakin...I am!

Another successful wing night, so I'm happy about that.

I'm a little down today, this monring I went to a Memorial Service for a friend's mother and it hit close to home since I lost my dad less than a year ago. It just brought all of what we went through with him back to me. But, I didn't turn to food for comfort...I went for a 45 minute walk! The sun was shining today and it actually is 60 so what a great day for a walk...helped take my mind off of things.

Time for me to go and slurp a shake.

Kelli, good for you on wing night compliance and on also not trying to 'fix' your sadness with food. There is nothing wrong with still grieving for your father and nothing wrong with having a good cry---or stomping your feet about him no longer being here---feel the feelings and only feed yourself for fuel.

My best to you!

Thanks Tawanda! The scale finally moved and I am now out of the 190's....boy did that take awhile. I'm 189 so I'm going to really have to behave so it goes down and not back up....I'm 2 pounds from the lowest weight I was the last time I was doing well on MF, but plan to keep with it this time. I'm just happy I stuck with it and didn't get frustrated because the scale wasn't moving. I think what helped me was that I felt better, my clothes feel good and Wednesday night I had a good NSV....one girl told me "wow you can tell you've really lost weight." How I love those words....and how can I forget reading everyones posts...they really do help keep you on track. Thanks everyone!

Oh Kelli, congratulations on the scale drop!!! Dropping into the 180's is a very neat accomplishment! I'm smiling (and happy) for you. :)

Funny, I've lost over 40 pounds and no one has noticed. Oh, yeah, I only leave the house to go to Starbucks. You think those coffee pushers could say something. Weasels.

Biki, their just jealous..I think that's why a lot of people don't say anything. You can definitely tell in your pictures...you are looking great. And like I said, I would die to have your legs!

My DH and I have both been on diets and he has lost about 20 pounds and we were both saying how not many people have commented and its definitely noticeable, especially on him, cuz he's a man...and it is very frustrating cuz it does make you feel good when someone says something.

My family notices when I send pictures home but no one here, except my husband who has become so affectionate. (I still say no!)

He's only gotten it 4 or so times a year since he saw me naked and told me I looked like a sumo wrestler.

Ouch! :x

Well, he'll never again be able to say that about you. You are looking good as you whittle yourself down to a tiny thing!

Thanks. But what was so disappointing is that we had checked into a local hotel with a pool and spa services for a romantic weekend, and out he comes with that!

Double ouch!! You'da thunk he'd have learned something about women by now.

Actually, as I think about it, he's lucky he has anything left to do it with :D
