Great you are getting your exercise in! And as I have said before I have never seen anyone looking ladylike sucking on tiny chicken bones in public.

Had to work last night and it was dead so got to go home early!! :whoohoo: Stayed compliant, it was real easy since I was home. Wasn't able to work out because it was just too late. Hope to get my 30 minutes in today when I get home.

We're going to a Motorcycle Swap Meet in Syracuse tomorrow..I'm planning to stick with the water (usually we drink some beers while we're there) and then we're going to the Dinosaur BBQ, but that's actually been pretty easy for me to order a lean and green there since they have steak with just a dry rub which is very tasty and their cucumber/tomato salad. I just won't be able to have my coctails.

Kelli~ I love how you make sure you have a plan when you know you are going to be out and about. You really have a great attitude about sticking to the program.

We've made it through an entire month, Kelli. We just have to keep doing what we are doing. :guzzle: One shake at a time, one day at a time, one hour at a time. Look out world......here we come. :cheerleader:

Donica, I was thinking the same thing....its been a month and it really doesn't seem like its been that long. I think that's a good thing, we're not bored with this....the successes make it all worth it.

Had a good week...down 4 lbs this week. Breathing down the 20 mark.

Worked Saturday night at the bar doing the prime rib thing. Had a problem, forgot to drink my shake before I went so showed up hungry! So I ate a piece of meat (not the leanest of course) and a salad, but I also picked a little. Thought I was going to blow my week, but it turned out okay...got lucky ONCE and I'll remember that.

I did really good on Sunday when we went to the Motorcycle Show and the Dinosaur. Didn't drink any alcoholic beverages, which would have been the usual, and was compliant at the Dinosaur...actually had chicken and a salad and of course it was very yummy.

I'm starting to eat my lean and green for lunch, I'm not as hungry at night for some reason when I do that, so I'm going to see how that goes for awhile.

An uneventful night...was compliant. Fighting a cold so didn't feel like exercising, but I guess that is what the best thing about MF is....you don't have to (even though it does help).
