FREEZING HERE THIS MORNING !!!! ARGH !
I just woke up at 5:30 and it feels like it's Winter here ! So much for a gradual shift into the Fall...

Anyway, I've had a bottle of water and a shake in the last 15 minutes and will probably have another bottle of water before I leave for work...I want to see that if I get more water in this week, that the scale will move faster !

Lots to do at work with the students...I will be starting a Social Skills group today with the Guidance Counselor for kids in the fourth grade. Should be fun and she is a doll.

Have a great day my fellow early bird! :) I can't have a shake yet because I have to wait an hour after I take my thyroid pill to eat. But I am having coffee!!!~ :)

Good Morning...Another busy day at work...Lots of meetings and I have to stay late, for an Open House with parents coming to our school...It will be a challenging day and I hope if I plan properly all should go well. I baked chicken last night to take with me, and have my dill pickles. I can have a salad too.

Have to go make coffee and start my day... :D

Pam, if you don't already have some of the RTDs (ready to drink boxes of shakes) then I highly recommend getting some to have on hand. I keep 3 or so of them in a tote that I take when I leave the house for a few hours. I also tuck in some bottles of water. I always have 1 bar in my handbag, too. Carrying the RTDs (and water) has made it possible for me to stick to program many days where I was over scheduled or time tight.

You are doing so well in your planning and enthusiasm!

I agree with Tawanda. I don't find the RTD's very filling but I buy 3-4 in each order just in case movies or meetings interfere with my eating schedule. I really like to keep my eating schedule-a supplement every 2.5 to every 3 hours.

Hi Pam! Congratulations on your 5# loss (I know I'm a little late). Even though your day is long I hope it's a good one.

It's lunch time...I decided to check in and say hello ! So far so good...On plan as scheduled...

Thanks Biki, AquarianSkye, DonnaS, and Tawanda for all of your support and suggestions...

I have had a busy but productive day so far...It is about 1:30 and I have packed plenty for the evening hours...Chicken breast, water 2 shakes, and pickles !

I think you're right about the RTD shakes...I have tried them before (from a woman that I knew that was doing MF) and thought the taste varied a little from the powder shakes...??? Maybe it's just my tastebuds !

Biki, Now the movies right now is a major trigger for me...
I have realized that it is too tempting for me to go and be around all that food...:bib: I admire your strength !! Wait a minute ...I have gone to the movies with a ready to eat L&G salad with my protein in it and it was helpful !! :hammerhead: If I were to go without a L&G I'm afraid that for now, it would be too tempting for me...

Anyway, I'm off to do some testing and then off to a psychologists meeting !

CIAO ! :D

CIAO ! :D

I have taken a RTD to the movies but also have a bottle of water, a diet soda and usually order a cup of coffee. I am so busy drinking I don't have time to think about food!

Hey Pam! Just dropping in to say hi. Sounds like you had a great plan in place today for your long day. Good for you!

I always take a bar with me to the movies and get a big bottle of water.

I'm with you ... movie theater popcorn, drenched in butter, is a trigger for me! I won't keep popcorn in the house anymore and I probably never will again. I usually go to the movies with friends who are supportive and plan on a MF bar during the movie. Some things are just not easy, but WE CAN DO IT! :D
