It is hard. super hard. Thinking just one lick, and one lick only.

I am very proud of you for acknowledging what was done. Today is a new day and take one shake at a time. :D

yeh, I pretty much am over the whole Sunday thing and 100% back on plan... the irritating thing is that it's possible to gain 3 pounds overnight and then it takes forEVER to lose it again! :x Another marvelous reason to stay on plan with no "extras"...

one day at a time and when that doesn't work, one hour at a time, and when THAT doesn't work, one minute at a time and before I know it, I'll be at goal and can go buy a swimsuit for my vacation in July!!!

I hope you find all the encouragement and support you need to stick on plan...it is hard sometimes when there are so many things that temp us.

I wanted something like bread pudding today so I mixed one packet each of MF eggs, maple & brown sugar oatmeal, and vanilla pudding together with two cups of water and a 1/2 tsp of baking powder. Let is sit for 10 minutes to soak up the liquid. Then poured the runny mixture into a well Pam'd small loaf pan and baked at 350 for 30 minutes. It was really very pleasant and I used a few squirts of I can not believe it's not butter spray - well heaven wasn't far away. I have had to divide it into three meals; however, warm or room temp it was really good.

Here is hoping that you find things that help you stay on plan! ;)

regards,
joy

NSV this week!

I'm able to slide my size 14 jeans off WITHOUT unbuttoning them *snicker* it's kinda fun, altho I have to keep pulling them up while I'm out and about

another NSV is when I had to go buy a formal dress for a military dinner, I was shopping in the Plus size section of a few stores and in every place, people tried to direct me to the "ladies" section, like "oh ma'am, this is the plus sizes, the ladies section is over there" I'm sort of a weird size, I'm rather big on top but small on the bottom, so I'm still wearing plus size dresses... but not for long!

On a different note and to try to keep myself honest, I did have some bread yesterday... but today has been 100% compliant again, it's just the weekends that get me somehow, so that's my goal for this week is to stay on track no matter WHAT!

wow jayzoe. That's a wonderful thing. I'm still struggling with 14's. I can squeeze into them if they are stretch jeans, i guess being almost 5'10" really helps. Weekends seem to be the hardest for a lot of people. I find that recently, weekends are the easiest for me. I have to keep reminding myself to eat. So  here's to a compliant week for you!

Awesome job. See, that whole Superbowl thing is a thing of the past. Old things have passed, behold, new things come.

woohoo, 20 pound club!!!!!

and here I was all grouchy yesterday cuz PMS had pushed me up two pounds but NOW I'm very happy cuz all my extra water and compliance and avoiding cravings (verrrry difficult!) has paid off with TWENTY POUNDS! yippy!

and sitting on my kitchen table right now is two Reese's Peanut Butter Cups that my son brought home from preschool yesterday from his Valentine's Day party... and I'm NOT going to eat them!!! this is huuuuuuge for me, cuz Reese's Peanut Butter Cups are my downfall, I could eat an entire bag full in one sitting... but I won't anymore!!!

Oooh, I love those things. Can you move them so you don't have to keep seeing and smelling them every time you walk by? No need to torture yourself unnecessarily.

actually I kinda like having them in plain site, it makes me push myself a little harder, ya know? I'm like, "NO I will NOT eat you, so you can just sit there and look at me all you want cuz I am NOT EATING YOU! MUHAHAHAHA!"

*giggle*

anyway, if they start to bother me, I plan to either throw them away or let my boys munch on them... *shrug* but thanks for the suggestions!

*bounces away*
