:) Hello everyone. My name is Christy. I have been on the program for 4 days and I feel great too. My sister in law referred me to the program and i'm so glad that she did. This was the best thing that I could've done. I have 60 lbs to lose and I down 4 lbs already. Wow..... :lol:

I'm keeping her on track and she is completely and entirely informed we are doing it together and she is starting to suffer from "thanks to MF I get no sleep syndrome" HA HA :mrgreen: We are both feeling great and hope to start exercise as early as next week :-P
