I pledge to be 100%medifast compliant today and tonight. I also pledge to drink at least 120oz of water since when I don't pledge that, I seem to really slack off. :oops:

Hello members I am a newbie and want to also pledge to stay with MF for as long as it takes to see my 61# loss. I have been on 3 weeks now and lost 13#'s woo woo!!

Welcome aboard the pledge "wagon" mrl. It seems to be a powerful tool for some of us to keep us on the straight and narrow. :)
