02/26/06 I pledge to be 100%compliant to the mf plan today and tonight and I thank all of you who pledge along with me..You have no idea how many times I imagine ya'll shaking your finger at me and saying "remember the pledge" lol it definatly keeps me straight.

I pledge to be 100% MF compliant and in a leap of faith I pledge to stay off of the scale today! I am going to try not to weigh all week till Sunday so I am hoping if I make this pledge it will help!
