Yellow Caution Tape Surrounding the Thanksgiving Table

Howdy Doody, Gang ~

Just wanted to remind those of you who are on the Full Meal Deal (No regular Food, Medifast products only):

If you have been on the Full Fast for a while, be VER-RY careful about what you put into your mouth today. If you have a big scoop of ‘taters with greasy gravy or some fatty dark thigh meat, or a big old blob of whoppin’ cream on a hunk of punkin’ pie, you could be spending a whole lotta time in another room whose initials are ‘B.R.’ and less time around the Thanksgiving Day table with your family. It’s not much fun to be carrying on a conversation with Auntie Mary thru a closed door, if ya get my drift…

Remember, we gradually add back foods to our eating plan when we begin transition. We do NOT go from Full Fast to Gluttony Cold Turkey! Be sure to see my November Newsletter for Transition info.

It’s a good idea to have a shake about an hour or so before your Modified Thanksgiving Meal so that you are not a Starvin’ Marvin and overeat. Have another shake three hours after your meal – remember, NO skippin; meals! :eat:

We are learning to feed our bod smaller meals, every three-four hours. We eat like birds –NOT turkeys! Turkeys don’t soar like eagles; they can hardly get off the ground! We eat smaller meals, every three to four hours. This keeps our blood sugar levels in normal ranges, prevents us from eating everything that isn’t nailed down and prevents our waistline from rivaling the circumference of the earth.
