Wonderful ONEDERLAND baby!

I NEVER EVER thought I would get here but here I am sitting in ONDERLAND BABY! When I weighed in on Sunday I had hit just below 200 at 198.8 and this morning I had hit 197.2.....I swear I NEVER thought I would find a diet I could do to get to this point! I am so excited I can hardly stand it.....it is an awesome feeling! Another goal met...a goal I have had for at least 10 years, I'm truckin' on...love the feeling soooooooo much!

Just thought I would share, I'm as proud as can be! Smaller clothing is a plus as well and FINALLY being able to shop in a REGULAR store too (for the most part...I teeter between XL and XXL depending on how tight I want something to be).

Thank you, thank you and THANK GOD for leading me to Medifast even if it was a last resort, looks like my last resort is the one that actually WORKS! :D

This is DEFINITELY a HUGE Milestone!!! Congrats!!! I can hardly waittill I am a onderlander myself. 11 pounds to go!

DeDe...how did you know that I am a Wonder Woman Fanatic? LOL...really I AM! One one board I am a part of (that has nothing to do with weight loss) my "handle" is Wonder Woman and that is my avatar too! LOL....I love Wonder Woman.....

Thanks guys! I am thrilled and excited for sure! I won't get used to the clothing ;) I am looking forward to buying smaller and smaller sizes! You should have seen the look of shock and awe on my face when I could actually fit into a XL size instead of the 3X's (and some of those were iffy)I was wearing....what a JOY that was!

Elizabeth ~ I am doing the 5 and 1 plan but I do exercise along with it. My weight loss has slowed down but still am averaging at least 2-3 pounds a week. I walk and lift weights as well so maybe that helps keep it at that pace...who knows. I am fairly active with a 5 year old too.

Keep shakin' on guys! This really does work!
