Good morning everyone! I am the newbie - this is my first day - just getting started and anxious to learn from all of you wiser, more experienced friends on the program!

Welcome to the family. We are glad you are here. Day one through three can be a little rough, but don't you give up. Once you hit the Medi-Zone (as we here call ketosis) you will be just melting away.

Welcome, I too am new and this is My 3rd day. I gotta tell ya the people on this forum are great and the products are sooooo amazing I have already lost 4.5lbs! Stick with it and you'll be amazed too!

Personally, I think it should be something more like numbers girl.... wait... thats Jo. Hmm, we'll have to come up with something, cuz Erica just doesn't have enough names as it is. :lol:

Vicky... I tried to get ya registered, but I had no e-mail addy for ya. Was great meeting ya at the Super Sat.

Just click register in the bottom right of the main forum screen and register your name.. then you cna use the other parts of the forum.
