I have been staying away from the ol scale for awhile Today is official 4 weeks since restart and i am down 20lbs! I am very happy. I still have a long way to go. I read the board often you guys help me more then you know. Thank You :)

This is my second day and I am really struggling with cravings, but just reading your post has inspired me all over again!! 20 pounds in a month is truly awesome, I hope I can do that well!! Keep up the good work!!
