I guess everyone is out enjoying the nice spring weather and celebrating their weight losses this week! :cheers:

Haven't seen any new messages this afternoon. Getting lonely around here! :cry: I need motivational reading!! LOL

I started about the same time you did Trish. Looking to lose 70 lbs and can't wait. I hope I have great fast sucess like everyone else! :-P

I am sure you will Lisa! Just think how nice summer is gonna be for us "big losers"! 8) My only regret is that I didn't get started sooner on this than now. No wait..my BIGGEST regret is that I have been through this program once before and I allowed myself to eat like crazy the past 9 years and put this all back on! :x Never again...this time it is for the rest of my wonderful life!! :angel:
