Well, I'm going to give it a shot tonight. They came individually packed in the giant bag I bought, and each piece only weighs 2oz, so I am cooking about 8oz of chicken and that, which will probably end up around 7 after cooking.

We'll see how I like it. It seems like that would be A LOT of food if I end up eating a full meal of it.

The Tilapia is really light. It does take a lot of it to get what you are supposed to have. If you have any onion powder, sprinkle it liberally with that and then use some salt and pepper. Also, the Mazola non stick sprays (butter and olive oil) are much better, in my opinion, than the Pam sprays. The fish will cook pretty fast if you are grilling it. Bobby Flay of the food network says 5 minutes on each side. That is how we do ours, and it has been perfect each time. Don't forget about dan and bucks dot com. Their seasonings are GREAT!! The tequila lime is especially good on the tilapia.

I'll probably just put it in the George Foreman. I'm really horrible at grilling on my stove.

I just couldn't get past the texture of the Tilapia...it tasted OK...took on what ever flavor I sprinkled on it or marniaded it in...but that texture...just couldn't handle it.
