Way to go, Holly! Practice makes perfect!

There is a running joke around here that the cost of Medifast is nothing compared to the cost of having to buy extra toilet paper. You now know that is not far from the truth!

:bravo: You're getting the hang of this Holly!!! And you drank all your water...that's a BIG accomplishment!!! Wayt to go!!! Try to add some real veggies to your Lean & Green (2 cups salad with 1/4 raw veggies OR 1.5 cups cooked veggies from the approved list in your quick start book). This will ensure the proper balance with your lean and green. I'm really proud of you!!!! :yourock:

Whooo Hooo

Good for you Holly, Whoooo Hooo
I am sooo happy you are "getting the hang" of this. Don't worry your body will respond. When we cut our caloric intake toooo low we actually hang onto the extra pounds. Sounds strange doesn't it??? But what happens is that we force ourselves into starvation mode. MF will teach you to eat six small meals each day. Your body will be nice and happy and your sugar levels will stay even. It's the very best way to eat. Life is a learning experience and you are learning. Thank you so much for being such a great learner. You are going to do fine. Just keep eating every 3 hours or so, and make certain you get in the 5/1. Oh and that water is wonderful. :D You're in the bathroom a lot because it is flushing all kinds of impurities out of your body. When we burn fat we realease all kinds of stuff into our bloodstream. Great to have it flushed right out.
I'll keep watching you.
