Hi all, long time no see. Gonna get back on track now. Been a tough year, dealing with some serious medical problems within my immediate family. Fell back to "comfort" food and comforted myself back to my starting point. Definitely not feeling very comfortable now. Thanks for still being here. :oops:

I'm so sorry 2007 was a struggle for you and your family. May 2008 be a much better year.

Hey mellow...welcome back...I'm right with ya...isn't it amazing how long it takes to take it off, but how easy it is to put it all right back on?! I'm in the same boat...glad to see you back!

I have been saying that 2008 is my lucky year! And so far so good. I restarted on 1/2/08 and we can ALL lose this weight!
