Well fellow thinners, I thought it was time for me to put my money where my mouth is and post some photos. I had originally planned to wait until I hit ONEderland, but what the heck, I'll post more later. The first one was taken a couple of years ago at a weight of 285, my highest and just 3 pounds heavier than the day I found Medifast. The second was taken today at 221 pounds, still a long way from goal but on my way! I wouldn't even be at this point if not for this forum ... so thanks gang!

I love MF, and what it does for people! Look at the difference, and in such a short time! You look WONderful! (And my 20 year old came by and said "nice!" when he saw the before and after pics, too.)
