Support in Motion...

Postby KellyC » September 21st, 2007, 4:02 pm

I have only just now started using Support in Motion.. there are some really cool utilities on there.. as a visual person, I am LOVING the graphs and charts and things, and the way I can save special foods like my favorite salad dressings and stuff.. way cooler (and TONS faster) than the excel spreadsheet I was using.

I love it too Kelly! I log everything (weight, food, exercise) every day and I even look at my weight graph EVERY day. I just love watching that little red dot drop lower and lower! :D I also love the weekly report you get with your averages. Helps me to understand why some weeks I might not drop as much as the week before (more carbs, sodium, etc).
