WOO HOO!! Onederland!!!


I now weigh 195 with my heavy glasses and jeans on!! I checked 3 times and the scale said the same! If only my stomach part would go down. I'm kinda scared that all the weight that I've lost so far has been in my legs and some of waistline.

I have a visitor this week so although I didn't gain I'm maintaining. In a few days, I'll probably report a loss, but right now it's the same as last week. :) It's alright.

Congrats to all our losers and maintainers. :)

Hi Everyone. 1st time joining roll call here. I started Mefiast on Wednesday morning weighing 196 and I'm down to 190 already! Yay! Congratulations to all you guys ~ so inspiring to me! :)

I got rid of 2 lbs this week. I had a HUGE cheat :x day so I am happy to see any loss. Good luck to everyone in the upcoming week!

Despite my crappy week, down 3. Surprises me!! I haven't ate off plan, but I haven't gotten in all my supplements or water either. Still studying for and dreading Tuesday.

WTG Loser's :D I,m so happy after weeks of no weight loss have lost 6 lbs ----6lbs---- 6lbs :D :D :D :D :D :D :D
Hubby is down 3 lbs he has lost a total of 14 lbs in 2 weeks

I am finishing week 4 actually tomorrow morning .I am down 2.5 this week and I am having my lovely TOM...so I bet its more.So Next week or maybe in a few days I will report a whole lot more.

Morning everyone! This week I am only down alittle over 1lb...sniff sniff.

Ok I am over it now! I feel a really big week coming!!!!

Good morning!

I don't think I've posted my weight loss in 2 weeks. I just forget to! :lol: From the last time I checked in, til now, I'm down 6.5#. Struggling at times, but gee... my pants are getting baggy!! Love that!!!

Much congrats to all you losers and maintainers. You guys are amaaaaazing!!

I am down 3.4 this week. I love my digital scale, and I love seeing the weight in decimals! Without that it would have rounded my weight up to 180. It is so nice to see the scale sitting at 179.8. I haven't seen the 170s in like 4 years. Wooo-hoo! :yay:

Hello everyone!

I am away from my fancy schmancy digital scale. I'm on the silly analog scale and I can't tell if the dang thing says 190 or 192, so I've either lost 2 or 4...I'll let you know when I get to MY SCALE later in the week! I'll also hold my ticker until it's an accurate weighing.

I'm happy to have ANYTHING after my sleep-eating incident...I'll let you all know after my official 10-week weigh in on Tuesday...

I can't BELIEVE some of the milestones that have been hit this week! WAY TO GO, ALL OF YOU! Also, a new Saab with a cooler in the glove compartment, now THAT's COOL! Getting in and out of cars without getting stuck or arghhhing, that's really cool!

To my maintainers...been there, done that, got the t-shirt! Stick with it, it'll break, just like Laura's did this week! Yay! It's like a staring contest...with your body...you can win!

To everyone who had a BAD week (eating off program, falling off wagon, getting dragged behind the wagon), way to get back on program and be accountable! Get right back on it and you'll be doing well by this time next week, that's the beauty of MF! You can just jump right back on the wagon!

We're winning, can't you tell?

Congratulations to everyone for getting in here and staying accountable!

I weighed in this morning at 202.6, a whopping 5.4 lbs down from last week. :shock: Biggest one-week loss I've had on the program (since the intial water-weight loss, anyway). I'm sure next week will be a teeny tiny loss, just to make up for it. :mrgreen:
