Sunday Morning Roll Call: December 17, 2006

Join our weekly (Sunday) weigh in.

I have a correction!

Postby LadyT » December 18th, 2006, 7:54 am

My "official weigh-in day" is Mondays, so I stepped on the scale this morning and am down another .5 lb from yesterday! So that makes my actual loss 1.6 lbs this week! I am very excited to finally be in the 30# Club!

Well, I started TODAY, so this would be my first offical weigh-in and also start weight. I am 170 pounds. Hopefully next week I can say....Hey! I lost.....this week! I'm so looking forward to that!

BIG Cheesey Grin!!!

Sorry for the late roll call- Curves is closed on Sundays, so unless Santa brings me a scale, I am forced to wait.
So it's Monday morning and I am happy to report

A 5 LB LOSS!!!!

That puts me at 175 ( I fluctuated from 179 to 180 at last weigh in) which is beyond my Christmas Goal of 176!!!
And, in the Spirit of Christmas, I intend to "give away" even poor pounds to the Fat Fairy
Reset my goal to 172.

I might just make an Honest Woman out of Medifast and lose 20 lbs in 30 days! This gives me a total loss of 15 lbs in 3 weeks!
Thanks, ladies, for the support this week!

Big congratulations, Andrea . And, I think if you just continue to stick to the program as written, you will definitely do the 20 lbs in 30 days. Keep up the great shakin'... and it's so good to have you here :).

Congrats FM! I wish I could be as successful as some of you. I have messed up twice in 27 days. A can of ravioli and a bowl of cereal. And only 12.5 pounds lost. Maybe the longer it takes the more I can appreciate it but it still upsets me.

Thanks Biki!! :D Hang in there - it took me forever to lose this 30#...I'm only good for about 10 lbs/month. The thyroid meds aren't making it easier (along with the other meds I take)!
Trust me - I understand why it upsets you - I'm ticked off along with you, but I'm sticking to it, and I know you are too.

Please. My whole time on the program, I averaged about 5 pounds a month. And that was when I stuck to it like glue.

I'm happy for everyone who can get away with it, but whenever I read about someone cheating or sneaking tastes of things or whatever - and STILL losing faster than I ever did - I go a little nuts. Life is SO unfair sometimes.

I agree Robin, it drives me nuts too! It's also nice to know that us "slow losers" are not alone...you're an inspiration!
I hope Maggie is having a better day today - you have been in my thoughts.

Thanks so much to both of you! Posts like yours really keep me going. I am here for the duration and just think of all the new friends I will make in an f'ing year or how ever long it takes!

Hi

Postby dede4wd » December 19th, 2006, 10:04 am

Okay, Tuesday is my roll call day. So, I finished the week at 177 even...giving me an either 3.2 or 3.4 loss for the week. I'm more than happy with that!

I have to go back and look up my total loss since I re-started.
