Hi

WOW! What a wonderful Sunday roll call! Congrats to EVERYONE! YAY! Welcome to the 170's Karli! Welcome to onederland Regina! Wow!
I'm so glad BIKI had a magic loss and congrats to everyone else!

I am the party pooper this week. As some of you know, I only "count" my weight on my weigh-in day...Tuesday. But I weigh Sunday to play on roll call.

Sorry to report that I am at the exact weight I was Tuesday...180.2. No losses whatsoever. On a happy note, no gain either! But. I've got to go stomp my feet and stick my lower lip out right now. I'll report again Tuesday.

Congrats to everyone, this is the best roll call I've seen in a while!

Congrats Regina! Wow ! Onderland! Onederful!!

After "playing" with the program this past month, I finally got back on track and am happy to report a 5 lb loss....I can't seem to update my ticker yet, for some reason...but it should read 218. (That's the least I've weighed in 26 years!!)

1 pound is still good, Alex. At least it's a loss.

As for everyone else, huge congrats all around (and especially to Reginia; you're doing so great!!!). It's nice to see so many people checking in today, after some very slow Sundays.

As for me, still maintaining. Bouncing up and down a bit, thanks to stress over my four-legged baby and a bit of a spotty record at the gym (still running pretty much every day, though).

DeDe, you are doing fantastic, though. I have been thinking about what I will feel like if (probably more like "when") I hit another plateau even while perfectly on plan (I hit one on plan before I twirled off plan). And, you know what ? I realized that I would take a plateau being perfectly on plan for however long it is, over being on and off plan and feeling like I am lying to myself the entire time (and staying about the same weight (or up a few down a few) this way, too).

I know, though, that it can be sad so I understand the pouty lips and stomping feet. But, you are doing very well, DON'T FORGET THAT !

You will see some movement, you know you will !! So just keep shakin' !!

WOW!!!! EVERYBODY is doing so wonderfully! CONGRATS to you ALL!!!

I'm only down .2 from last Sunday, but at least I'm not up .2. :D
I also found out my thyroid meds needed to be increased last week. No wonder I've been snailing along for the past 3 months. :| Hopefully things will pick up from here on out. ;)

I got a new digital scale the first of the week because the other one did not have the ounces on it. As the result when I weighed on it, it weighed me in at 3.3 lbs more than my old scale.
My stating weight was really 163.3. I now weigh 152.4. Making my total weight loss at 10.9.
Besides this I have been very sick this week with the flu. Yes, I had my flu shot, but I still feel bad.
Hope you all had a good week.

Hi everyone. What a great roll call this week! Congrats to all the new clubbers, the onderlanders, and the maintainers. We rock!

I maintained this week......that's what I'm supposed to do, though, so yay.

I'm re-starting tomorrow morning. My current weight is 225 AGAIN! I did MF back in March/April and did real well. I have tried to re-start about 3 times. I hope I can stick with it this time. :D

I know you can do it. Just follow the simple set of instructions you already know so well. Focus on the process, the actions-not the results.

OK - my sleep last night was not magical...I am still down "only" 1lb. I'll take it though...TOM is coming!
I am such a slow loser! All the people that lose 3 and 4 lbs a week are so impressive!
Great job everyone! :D
