WOW, another very inspiring roll call :) !!

Biki, you have still done great, truly ! Great to see the maintainers here, too (even though Jo still lost therefore, technically you didn't "maintain" :) ).

Marilu, I am happy you are back and that you had the success you had even with what you have had going on !!

DeDe, I know that today is not official for you, but congratulations !! :).

Okay, I am weighing in at 176.5 this morning after having lost another .5-1# overnight. This gives me a 3# loss for the week and secures my 60# club status. Unca, 60# club please .

Cheers and hugs to all !!

Congrats, all. And happy birthday, Lizabette!

I'm still maintaining well, even with everything going on with my beloved Maggiedog.

WAY TO GO DI! 90 lbs is a wonderful thing! You are doing great!

And Biki, I believe the reason the hits/posts ratio is so different is that many post and then go back to read what others have done after they post. I know I post my results then read all day long then maybe post one more time. Great results are great inspiration. These are all great results this week!

Lizabette, Happy birthday! You look great and I know you feel great!

Well, I was basing my comment on the posts/hits very early this morning. So at that point it seemed very off with only 4 posts!

Ok I did not lose any this week but wanted to check in anyway

We just spent a very awesome weekend out of town with another couple and it was sooo much fun! I did however partake in some "not on plan foods" so I am just thankful for no gain this week.

Not worried @ the coming week but I know Next weekend will be rough. However I am not going to fret about it and once Dec 26th arrives I will be back full plan ;)

Okay, I felt the need to leave an update. I have been majorly struggling for the past 2 months. I had maintained up until Thanksgiving, and then the week after Thanksgiving I gained. Then I felt bad about that, and promised myself to get back on the program. I failed at that and gained some more.
Then this past week I decided that I know what I have to do, and I would rather feel better sooner than later.
I know I'm not supposed to compare myself to others, but I also know that I could be at or below my goal right now if I had stuck to the program from the beginning. Tony and bdg are awesome inspirations to me. bdg and I started the same day. Tony started 3 weeks later. They have both lost at least twice what I have on this program.
Yes, I had lost over 100 lbs before Medifast, but still, I could have had similar results had I made the proper secondary choices to meeting my primary goal.
So, what does this all mean. What it means is that this past week I have been sticking to the program. A couple days I did 7 supplements instead of an L&G (2 bars), which of course is not the proper program. I think it did jump start things for me though.

I have lost 3 lbs of what I had gained back in the past month, and am sticking with it. Hopefully, by next week I am at least back to where I was before the gain, and then the next week finally into the 70# club. I'm tired of wasting my time and not going anywhere.

So, good job to all of you losers and maintainers, and here is to more losing on my part.

You want some accountability? Not just on here? I would be more than happy to check in with you every couple of days by PM or however. Glad I can be an inspiration, but more than anything I would love to see you reach your goal sooner rather than later as well.

My mother also had bariatric surgery and I know she has a bit of frustration from slower losing than my sister or myself, but she is as of this weekend in Onederland and weights less than she has in 30 years.

Good luck Mike, and let me know if I can be of any service to you.

Hi everyone - great job this week!!
I am reporting a 1.1 lb loss this week. Lucky me - it was TOM, so I stepped up the water and stuck with the plan. I was hoping for more of a loss, but it's ok, since this puts me in the 30# CLUB...finally!!!! :woohoo:

Congrats to everyone with their losses and maintaining!!

Thanks Brian. Just seeing your progress (and Tony's) has inspired me of late.

At this point, I plan on being at goal by the time school gets out this year, so when we see each other at conference we should all be nicely trimmed down.
Just keep it going and you will not only continue to be my inspiration, but I am sure, one for many others as well.

Mike,
I know how you feel! I would have been at goal for a while now if I've stuck with it! I was so proud of those girls that all hit goal recently, but had a few minutes of "why aren't I one of them? Why did I shoot myself in the foot." But you're right, we can't compare ourselves to others. We can just do what we can do.

I was struggling too until right at Thanksgiving. I'm so happy I told myself to shut up and get back on. I just feel better! I know you can do this! I'm not one of the people you mentioned, but talk to us, we can help get you through this if you need us! I know it!

Congrats Di, will you hold me a seat again?

Big week for me! to tired from snowboarding to do the math right now, but I'm in a new club and can't wait to tackle the last 27 lbs to goal.
