Mornin'. Seems we're the early risers, Biki. Keep at it, it'll work if you have patience.

I weighed 130 this morning.....5 pounds below my goal. I don't know why. I feel like I'm eating a cow. Maybe my bod just wants to find it's own comfort spot.

Well, I had to give myself a pep talk before I stepped on the scale this morning. "Whatever you see, don't get discouraged - you are doing great no matter what the scale says!"

It's not a digital scale so I have to round to the nearest pound - but I think it said 256. That would be 8 pounds in 3 days. This makes me happy, and nervous - obviously happy, but nervous because I hope I can avoid expecting this much every time and stay on course no matter what.

Congratulations to all, and Biki, hope you're doing OK.

I'm fine, sweetie! I was a little down but I am a grown woman and can take a little setback. I am back on plan and am going to take Jo's advice from a few days ago and just have a supplement if I wake up ravenously hungry.

Hello everyone! I second the WAY TO GO LOSERS! :D

Anyone who stays the same or gains, just keep swimming... :stroll: We are all in this together! Some days it ain't easy!

I know, I'm chock-full of pre-coffee platitudes!

I haven't got a full week in yet, but after 3 days on MF, I am down 3 pounds, from 230.5 to 227.5! COOL!

Boy, at this rate, I will be at my goal at the end of March! Wait, how many big toes do I have... I might need a back-up plan... Hehehehe!

I'll settle for late summer, since I know it's more like 3 pounds a week for me. But we shall see. I'm in this for the long haul, so...

GOOD LUCK EVERYONE TO COME! :D

Checking in from maintenance, although I gave up my scale for a month because I was getting too obsessed about it. It's fine to check the scale every day when you're losing, but when you're maintaining and it goes up a couple pounds, I didn't deal so well with it. :P I'm staying on plan though and exercising every day. Total calories run between 1500-1700 and I track everything I eat.

I'm still in maintenance land, too. Up a pound or so after almost a week of not-so-restrained eating and major stress (and tons of sodium), but back to normal now (at least as far as food) and starting back on my walking and running. I expect to be back down in a day or two.

But I'm no longer tracking my food obsessively (oddly, the scale ups and downs don't bother me like they do Nova, but the tracking was getting to be an issue because I don't want to spend all my time worrying about what I eat).
