Good Morning to all my loser friends !!! I had a pretty good week, losing 3 more pounds which puts me at 231lbs and a total loss of 82lbs. I made it to the 80# club a couple days ago and looking very forward to the 90# club as soon as I can get there. I'm starting to really notice the body changes. I thought that I carried all of my weight in my mid-section but I'm noticing that my legs and thighs have really slimmed down. My "new" jeans (38's) are already getting to a point where I'll be putting them away pretty soon. This plan is great but it's hell on the wardrobe. But that's a good thing !!

I hope everyone had a good week and looking forward to a great one.

Hey there you thinnin' people! Spring is in the air and it looks like you guys are shrinking right into summer! I'm down 3 pounds for a total of 97 pounds in 32 weeks. Congrats to all losers, maintainers, and "staying on planners" ... Have a great week!

Good Morning Loser Friends!

WOW!!! Some SUPER loses here so far this week you guys!!! Congratulations to all of you and especially to Joyce, Lisa, & ktrout for making new clubs!!! Jo & Nicki, you two have done so well and are a great source of motivation for me!

(Joyce & Lisa, I have been busy and not on the forum this week but please tell me your secrets! Last I remember Joyce had just made the 40# club and Lisa & I were neck & neck approaching the 60# club. I am so jealous but also sooo happy for both of you!!! Way to go girls!)

Jerry lost another 4 lbs. for a total of 77 lbs. in 13 weeks.

I had a 5 lb. loss for a total loss of 62 lbs. in 13 weeks. (HeeHee, I beat Jerry for the second time since starting on the program.) I have made the 60# club and will now be RACING to catch up to my friend Lisa!!!

Woo hoo! Congrats to everyone. Sounds like it was a good week.

I lost 5 lbs in the first week since starting to weigh myself. I know I lost a lot more in the 3 weeks before that but I am using last week as my "zero point".

Goodmorning everyone! You all have done GREAT! Keep up the wonderful job you are all doing.

I've stayed the same again this week through a combination of antibiotics and straying at the beginning a wee bit. Back on track now though thankfully. But hey, I didn't gain so I'm happy with that! But I really need to get my tail in gear and get these last 5 off already!

Good Morning! I ran to the scales and haven't even had a cup of coffee yet. Such excitement....Down 10.5 lbs. after 5 days on the program! I am ever so thankful for Medifast/TSfL and all of YOU!!! A BIG THANKS to everyone for the inspiration that you provide!

GOOD MORNING!

You guys are all doing AMAZING - nice losses.

I stayed EXACLY the same weight, I mean EXACTLY the same with the .06. I"m OK with that, I know I am doing what I am suppose to be doing and not cheating.

My husband is doing FABULOUS - he doesn't weigh himself, but he can now wear several shirts/pants he couldn't wear before.

We looked at pictures last night from Christmas - Holy Cow you really CAN tell a difference. I've pulled out a few skirts/capri's that I couldn't wear before and can wear them now.

Funny how I still feel ligther!

This week we'll have been on MF for 1 month - THAT'S TRUELY AMAZING FOR US!!!

Here's to a great week (and maybe i'll loose some weight this week)

:bounce: Good Morning losers! Everyone has had such great losses and I'm so proud to say that I'm part of this Medifast group! This week I lost 4 pounds for a total loss of 25 pounds. :yay:

My first mini goal is to have 30 pounds gone by my stepson's wedding which is on Mother's Day -- I can almost grab that goal ribbon now! :bananadance:

Again, great job everyone! :bravo:

Good Sunday Morning everyone....

Well, I strayed a little this week too, (just one night), but still managed to lose 2.5lbs this week for a total of 21lbs now....

Unca Tim, please add me to that 20# club....

And this week, I am going to cut out all syrups, all snacks, and just do shakes 3 out of the 4 days... want to see if I can notice any difference....
