GOOD MORNING ALL MY LOSER BUDDIES!!!

Sorry I haven't posted much this week :( Things here have been so busy I haven't had time to spend on the computer much; Although I do visit the boards at night before bed to keep in touch with whats happening with 'yall ... 'cause I love you all dearly :hug:

Well, FINALLY (after almost 2 weeks of nothing!) this week I lost 2 lbs
for a total of 17lbs in 5 weeks (today starts week #6). I started MF in a size 18W jeans and am now down to a size 16 REGULAR! Might not sound like much ~ but I am thrilled! I may be a slow loser but I am a grateful one :)

People are starting to notice that I'm loosing weight. I am getting so much encouragement from my husband, sons and friends ... and also getting 'comments' from gals at work :roll: ... and 'compliments' from the guys :hi5: ... how funny is THAT!

8 more pounds till I am in Onderland (and I am packing my bags for my arrival!) :drive:

What great inspiration!!! I love reading all the first-time-since stuff. Keep it up, fellow shakers!

After falling out of ketosis over powdered creamer when I ran out of half-n-half at work, I managed to get back into the swing o' things and dropped 3.2 lbs. (And for a fellow turtle, I'm more than pleased!!)

I'm still working on the pic for the atavarthingy, Liz! :D

WAY TO GO EVERYONE!!!!! I am happy to report that despite being sick and eating an offplan item :shock: , I still managed too lose 4 pounds this week. That puts me right on 230...THRILLED!
I am one pound away from being in the 220's and I haven't been there in years. My 22 jeans(which I couldnt even slide up my hips back in February) are baggin out, gonna have to invest in some new smaller granny panties cause these ones are turning into "body stockings" rofl.

Hey all, while my product won't arrive until Tues. I decided to weigh in, knowing full well I won't be here next week, there will be less.

So 260 today...stay tuned to next week

Looks like things are still going steadily. I am still losing though, and thats a good thing. I lost 3.8 lbs this week. After 3 weeks I am down 19.0 lbs and I feel great. I have more energy that I have had in a long time. I took the weedeater to the backyard yesterday (and its a big back yard... lol). Cheers 8)

wow wow wow :shock:

What amazing, and might I add inspirational and motivational, losses you have all had this week. Roll call was a joy to read this morning.

I returned to MF last Monday after months of constantly trying to get started.

I will reach goal

First week back on plan and I lost 11 lbs. WOOHOO! While experience reminds me the losses will slow down, it's a great way to start. And I'm already feeling better.

I even get to join the 10 lb. club my first week back on-plan. How awesome is that!!!

Congrats to all you losers this week. And congrats to all of us for being here and getting our health and figures back.

I know I wont get my MF till next week I just wanted to start a routine. I found that when I DID weigh myself this monring I lost 1 pound...I wasn't gonna post that but I saw someone else did so what the heck.
I LOST 1 POUND!!!

Good Morning All! Congratulations for everyone's great losses! I had another bad week and only lost .6 lbs. I gotta get back on track this week.

Checking in a little late this morning because of internet connection problems.

Congratulations for all the great losses this week!! Way to go everyone.

I lost 1.4 pounds this week. I can see the 40 pound club in my sights. Hopefully next week!!

I'm down 4.5 pounds this week for a total of 54.5 since March 6th. This has been my slowest weight loss week so far. Hopefully I will lose at least 5.5 before next Sunday.
