Okay

Postby dede4wd » April 9th, 2006, 8:57 pm

I'm bringing up the rear...Sorry about that. I had to work for 17 hours today.

More importantly, I have some things to report...my plateau is over. I lost 3.6lbs this week. I'm THRILLED! That brings my weight to 205 and my total weight loss to 31lbs in less than 6 weeks.

One more thing to report. I'M IN THE 30# club! Thanks for saving me a seat Lizabette!

I want to congratulate everyone! There are some important milestones people hit this weekend. I'm so proud of you! You ALL got me through the last 2 weeks of my plateau and I'm grateful!

A special Shout-out to Lauradr...Hang in there, I know you will beat this unbelievably long plateau. You are my HERO and so strong! Your body will give up and drop the weight WAY before you give up, I KNOW IT!

DeDe

We're winning, can't you tell?

P.S. my loss bumps our total to 190.4! WAY TO GO EVERYONE!

Oh DeDe,

I am so happy to have you sit next to me in the 30# Club! WE ARE EVEN AT 31 POUNDS! :D

But I may cry when you jump up and run off and leave me sitting.

Is this exciting or not.

I just want to see you get to goal ASAP, even if I have to pull on your coat tail to get there myself. :help:

Okay, now...I posted my 30# picture on STUDIO. Divy up and get yours on pronto! :whip:

Love you,

congrads to all you losers!!!

well I am trying to get with the program. I did lose 4 this week which is okay but I am so frustrated that I am having such a hard time keeping my drive. My wife is frustrated with me and that doesnt help. Its funny people are starting to really notice but I feel angry, frustrated and somewhat discouraged. I am proud that I have a total loss of 56 lbs so I shouldnt feel bad. I cant understand why I do this at this point everytime I get on the program.

I am not looking for pitty or sympathy. I am so much a MF supporter, this program is the best. I love all you guys and I am grateful this is here to sound off. I am under allot of stress which is not helping because my normal way to deal with it is to eat. I havent binged or anything like that but instead little things like eating toast (4 at a time lots of butter) and things like that. Well I think I have been staying away from this forum because I am not the rolemodel I was. We are all human.

I am proud of everyone here. We all struggle but keep going. I have to tell you the DIET DEMONs are trying to get me to quit as I do everytime but for some reason I am committed more this time. I am not quitting!!! I also really believe that this forum is keeping me honest because we are all in it together. I will make it as you all will if we dont quit. I really believe my tag line" You only fail when you stop trying"

For those of you who are thinking of quitting or giving up dont. We all go through it but you will feel worse if you do. We are all in this together.

56 pounds is a lot Ron! Don't you go giving up now! You should learn a different way to handle stress than by eating. Your health is wayyyy more important!!! I bet you feel a whole lot better than you did when you first started, imagine once you are at goal!!

KEEP GOING!!! :treadjog:

HEY, RON!

Good on you for posting and being accountable! As long as those Diet Demons are trying to get you, it means they haven't got you! :x

That great tag line of yours means you! "You only fail if you quit trying". You have not quit trying and that's that...and you are sticking to your story! :you:

We are all so proud of you, too...57 BIG pounds! Of course you are not quitting. Success is out there within reach, and you will reach it---maybe with a little bit of help from us, but actually from inside yourself you are truly comitted.

And good advice you give to the rest of us, "For those of you who are thinking of quitting or giving up, don't. We all go through it but you will feel worse if you do. We are all in this together."

Thanks, RON, for being here for us, Love ya!

Hey Ron! Just wanted you to know that you are NOT alone in your feelings! I have been in a FUNK for days now. I should be thrilled with 43lbs in 12 weeks, but for some reason, my goal still seems so far away and the cravings are calling to me! Like you, I am NOT about to give up, I just wish I'd get back in the groove and the cravings would subside again. This is THE WORST craving trouble I've had since starting the program and I WISH it would stop cuz I can only take so much and not give in!!! Anyway, like you said, Medifast WORKS!! I know it works and I have just got to get my attitude in line! So, you're not alone....I totally understand how you're feeling! Keep Shakin!
