Well I missed 2 weeks roll call and sadly, not much to report. Yesterday was my 1 month on the program and I went from 215 to 202...sigh...I guess I just be grateful that I did not gain any weight. Traveling was nuts...I did succumb to pressure and had 2 glasses of wine...Although after the day I had..the only regret that I had was that I used that as an excuse to have two glasses of wine..and didn't have real food.. I am trying to look at the positive. After a week on the road and a equally stressful week last week, it could have been worse. I stayed with the plan other than the wine, a decrease in exercise and not enough water.

I actually stopped listening to my doc and started listening to all of you. 1/2 my problem I think is that I am not eating enough. Goodness that sounds weird. But really, 5 MF a day and an occasional L/G was not getting me anywhere...I started eating a L/G everyday starting Friday. By the way...is it really true that I can 1 cup and 1/2 of cooked veggies even if it is canned (i.e., asparagus or greenbeans). That seems like a lot of food.

It has got to work...this is the first time other than quitting smoking last August that I have stuck to something so diligently. I am trying really hard to not get discouraged :( after all the losers in here...I guess I need to just move past this wall! :wallwall:

And of course...As always! Here's to all the losers and maintainers this week! Congrats to you!!!!!!!!

I am back here to the forums to drop 50#. I did very well with MF last year and lost 70# and I am ready to re-start, lose what I gained back and get to my original goal.

I am down 7# for this week. Sadly, I went into the weekend down 10.8 but a run in with the Outback and PF Changs sidelined the stellar loss.

I must work harder and smarter this week.

Congrats to the new guys, great work.

-2.2 pounds this week. I need to drink more WATER! But I am 2 pounds away from pre-preggo weight and I get to treat myself to getting my nails done. An agreement my DH and I have worked out for my little goals.

My sentiments exactly!. Thanks, Miss T.
Now me, I am one pound less than last Sunday at 131 today.
HOWEVER, my lowest weight last week was 129.2! The lowest I have been in years, and I mean years!
So such is the fate of a maintaining maintainer.
No Biggee. All is well...

I hasten to add, I am astonished at the progress so many of you are making.
As several have remarked, "It really works!"

Hi everyone,

I had my first fall off the horse this weekend (I have had three really stressful weeks in a row and that glass of red just jumped into my hand on Friday evening I swear, grrrr) - and can only manage a 1lb loss this week (and thats stretching it hehehe) - never mind - 'rest if you must, but don't you quit' is my motto. Totally back on program again and looking forward to the coming weeks.:)

Well done to the biggest bunch of losers on the planet :D - seems we have got hold of a great program here.

Now, time to burn off the glycogen in the liver that has built up as a result of indulgence and lose the extra few pounds of water that accompanies it and ride the horse to the finish line.

Kind regards
Gavin
