Goodmorning everyone! You guys are doing so great! It's great to see such wonderful losses!

Well, I should have known that after a good 2lb week last week this week would be slow. Yep, it was slow, it was nothing at all. I pretty much expected it so, hopefully this week should be pretty good! So, here's to another week creeping along to the finish line! I've decided that 120 will definitely be where I stop. So, 7.5 lbs to go. I'm so tickled it's not even funny. I just can't wait to get there! I went shopping yesterday for an outfit to wear for Easter mass as I have absolutely NOTHING, literally, to wear other than a few things I'm making do with that are size medium. So, I'm wandering through Boscov's and I turn the corner around one of the dressing rooms and I'm in super focus mode checking out the clothes and trying to determine what I like. So, I look up briefly and see this woman standing there and think, wow, she's skinny. And then I look up again realize I was in front of a mirror and that person was ME. Funny, didn't recognize myself there for a second! :D So, that being said, I think it's just near time to end this. Get those last 7.5 off and transition. I think if I go any farther than 120 it'll be too much and I don't want that either.

Ok, so I've rambled this morning! Good luck everyone! I know you will all do well and if you maintain, next week is just around the corner and you WILL see a loss!

Mornin' all you losers! Wow, what inspiration already this morning. I'm so happy for all of you.

I lost another 2 lbs this week......inching closer and closer to the land of oneder. Will it be next week????? Stay tuned folks.

My husband and I are taking a quick trip to Jekyll Is, GA late this month and I just realized this morning that I HAVE NOTHING TO WEAR!!!! I haven't been this size for 15 years. What to do?!?!?!?! Hmmmm, guess I'm gonna have to go SHOPPING, hehe. Wonder if Goodwill has their spring collection out yet.....I certainly don't want to buy a bunch of stuff that will only fit for a month. It's not shorts time here in PA, either, so it would really be a waste of money. Oh, these problems, lol. How will I cope, hehe.

Have another great week - congrats to all the losers and good wishes to all the maintainers.

Well seems like everyone who had small losses last week really picked up.

Lori and Jerry-You guys are just doing awesome!

Niki- 6lbs is wonderful

Mom23- 3lbs closer to goal is great

And Lynn--I am green with jealousy only 7.5 to go for you and I know you will do it!

As for me this week after my 1lb last week the scalle rewarded my compliance with a 7lb loss this week so I am at a total of 53lbs gone forever!

Medifast is great!

Good luck to all the others
Edited: Great job Joyce on 4lbs and getting out of the house of the 240's

Jo you are so inspirational great job on the two pounds that is 2 lbs less you have to lose

and Laura you skinny thing I know that scale will move for you next week!

Congrats to all the losers, maintainers and folks trying and staying with the program !!! I fell off the wagon a little bit yesterday. My daughter turned 16 and I had a small piece of cake, nothing real bad but the guilt pangs were huge. I ended losing 3 lbs for the week, putting me at 237 and that much closer to my goal. I feel great, the clothes are fitting better and I tried on a bunch of my suits just to see where I'm at. My wife would like to report that my snoring, once loud enough to hear throughout the house, is at a much lower level and she no longer needs earplugs to sleep. I can sleep without the CPAP machine for sleep apnea without waking up with a pounding headache.

This program is fantastic, easy to use and I LOVE it !!!

CONGRATULATIONS EVERYONE!

Wonderful losers and holder's on, you are all great! :you:

A two (2) pound loss for me this week for a total of 31 pounds. Still can't believe how MF is working for me---a slow loser for sure---but off it is coming! :yeah:

Check back later on the board to see how all of you are doing. My eyes have already popped out at some of you!

Look out, next Sunday! :pace:
