Howdy, Hi 25#!
Welcome to our little family...
The best suggestions are to drink your water (lots of it) and to remain always compliant! If you're out to lose only 25#, you'll be there in no time. The first few days are the toughest; hang in and lean on us when necessary. Remember, too, there's no such thing as a dumb question!
Please, consider registering as a user and posting your before pic's in the Studio.
I look forward to following your successes!

Welcome! As others said, follow directions, ask questions if you don't understand something (someone is always ready to help it seems) and then, what has been great for me, spend as much time as you can going through the forums and threads about what others have shared. There is lots of information on this site. I'm just 2 weeks into the program and I'm still learning by doing lots of reading and asking some questions.

Best wishes to you on your MF journey!

Hello, I'm new too.

Started on Tuesday and so far so good. I'm really not having a problem adjusting to this but then again everytime I start something I'm good, it's finishing the journey that's the problem. I just found this site and I'm hoping that with support I'll be successful, no take that back I will be successful. Looking forward to getting to know everyone.
