Starting today - looking for a 2006 MMT Journal :-)

Postby Evie140 » February 20th, 2006, 9:02 am

Is there a MMT Journal for 2006? Today is my first day starting the plan - I found a 2005 journal in the forums. I was trying to edit some of the titles and such to for 2006, but a lot of the cells are protected. If someone can send me a 2006 journal that'd be great. Or if someone wants to e-mail/PM me the password I'm happy to update for the group.

Thanks!
Evie

PS - My starting weight is 201.6 - my goal is 140, but I'll be happy with 150/160. Hoping to get back into the 100's by Sunday's roll call.

Lisa,

Aww heck - don't admire me too much - now I can't remember where I found it! Was on some sort of sticky or popular post. It's awesome though - you put in your weight and measurements, it calculates your inches lost, lbs. lost, and your body fat percentage. Pretty cool stuff. I would attach the one I downloaded but already tweaked it to start on Feb 20, 2006 rather than Jan 1st as the other one ran Jan 1 - Dec 31st (2005).

I am one of those people who likes to see progress and weigh myself every day - I know my weight will fluctuate over time but I like keeping a log. This one's very neat, more complex than the weight tracker I had created for myself.

Thanks Unca, for updating :-) You have some good Excel formulas in there that I might steal one day for work.

Thanks Evie,
Looks like I won't get at updating for 2006 today.
Possibly tonight...
I'll post a link here when it's ready.

Hey...it's only a couple months late....

It's not late, you were just waiting for me to start the program, right? :D Thanks for updating - I'll keep track of my weight in the other version and switch it over when the '06 is ready. Now to take my measurements tonight - that should be frightening!!!! But hopefully not for long!

Yippie - thanks! I just had two days to move over so that wasn't hard - I work in Excel all day, so I should hope I can manage moving the data over :-) This is a good little tool, thanks very much. I will enjoy seeing the graph go down for a change.
