I just got over the sniffles so can understand. The second I would walk outdoors my nose would start running!

Happy New Year Jo!

Sorry to read that you were feeling puny, hope you feel better soon.

You were my initial inspiration to begin MF, thank you. Thank you also for the friendship you've extended to me---I appreciate you. :)

I hope you feel better soon, Jo! I hate colds - and I certainly had my share in December! I recommend - HIGHLY - all the Nyquil (gel caps, of course) you can stand :)

Feel better fast!

Dear Jo ~

We have been snorking, leaking, and barking here on our side of the map, too. (We sound like German shepherds when we cough!)

So sorry that you are ill. :hugblue:
Nyquil stock must be on the rise, eh? :scratchhead:

That stuff is potent; some people :snooze: sleep so soundly they need to be turned to avoid bedsores!

Take care!

Thanks, Nancy. I do feel a bit better today and it's not like life stops for me anyway, I just do it all with a kleenex in hand.

I'm not big on cold pills. I would much rather complain about my misery.

I would come up with a witty reply, but I'm too busy whining.

Every time I get a cold which is about once every 2yr or so, I get a rash from my head to my toes. It itches and makes me get strange looks from people like "are you contagious?" No, don't tell me to take benedryl (sp), because I would rather complain about it and it does bring a bit of pity.

Have I told you? I love Medifast! Three days on program, feel great, lost 5 lbs already....it's all good. It's funny, the last 2 times I jumped on program, I had no side effects at all....not even any hunger. Go figger.
