I am about to run out of shakes (but I have an order on the way) but I hate the idea of giving up my coffee vanilla or strawberry shake in the mornings. Just love to start my day off that way. I might have an oatmeal for my second supplement later on...

Nothing says you can't continue starting the way you have. If it works for you, then don't change it! Keep doing what works for you because that is the main way that you will be able to remain committed. At this point nothing says this breakfast item can only be eaten at breakfast.

Hmmmmm Yummmy,
I'm sitting here eating my eggs... they are delicious. :D I was very fortunate to receive some early.. :D :D
I think they taste quite good. They have only 2 grams of fat which includes 0.5 grams of saturated fat -- so they are quite healthy. They count as a regular suplement. Plus you can eat them more than one time a day if you so desire. I think they are a wonderful addition to the line of products. I for one am going to order some more.

I can't wait to see how Medifast was able to get their product into the shells without breaking them.......cuz if we're talking about powder in a packet, it's gonna lose something for me.

They look and taste like regular scrambled eggs to me. Not bright yellow... just light yellow. I did check the ingredients because we are pretty used to egg substitute at our house. ( one heart attack will lead you in this direction :? ) These are much better .. they contain not only egg white but some egg yolk too. Plus they have fiber, more protein and are quite tasty. I'll see if we can get the ole digital out to snap a picture for everyone. Hubby will have to do it ... as for me .. I'm technically challenged!! Not taste bud challenged though!! :D :D

I take a solemn vow not to leopardize or in any other way photoshop the scrambled eggs. I just wanted to see what they looked like in real life...
