I first had the eggs today, too, and cooked them on the stove. Yes, they are powdered, but when you add H2O to the mix, it looks like egg beaters to me. They were good!!

PS - I like the beef stew!
Don't really care as long as everything's better than yesterday was...

So, I have decided to drink the eggs raw, like Rocky Balboa  ... hee hee. Okay, that's a joke. But anyway, I am eating them right now and they are yummy :). I cooked them on the stove, too. A little salt, some pepper and some tabasco and down the hatch :-P.

I think I will have to order me a box of eggs and see how they taste. Makes for a nice change. :)

Does anyone else find them more filling than regular eggs? Maybe it's just me but when I have eggs or tuna with my salad or my L&G, I seem unsatisfied. But the other day I had the Medifast egg sample and was so full I had to order water instead of coffee at Starbucks!

Maybe it's the fiber they added. - Helps get the full feeling. I was pleasantly surprised, too!

Can the eggs be fixed in the microwave, or do they have to be cooked on the stove?

They can be cooked either way. I've only used the cooktop and they turned out great.
